Four Paws Legacy Cat Rescue is working toward creating a peaceful, cage‑free sanctuary where cats can live safely, comfortably, and confidently. While we have not yet secured land or begun construction, our vision for the sanctuary is clear, purposeful, and built around the emotional and physical needs of every cat in our care. t.

A Cage‑Free Philosophy

Our sanctuary will be designed to be a place where cats can move freely, explore naturally, and feel secure. Instead of cages, we use:

• Cozy cabins

• Soft bedding and warm resting areas

• Open indoor rooms

• Safe, fenced outdoor access

• Enrichment spaces for climbing, hiding, and playing

This approach helps reduce stress, build confidence, and support healthy social behavior.
